Maria Prastakou with her brand 180Degrees was the winner of the "Best Trendsetter" award at the New Designers Awards of the 14th AXDW! I'm sure that anyone (including me) who had the chance to watch 180Degrees' amazing fashion show thought no wonder why Maria Prastakou won the"Best Trendsetter" award for the second time in a row, as she is a very talented designer and transformable clothing is the new big thing happening in the fashion world right now! While talking with Maria and being introduced to the concept of transformation/transformable clothing, I realized that this trend is as much innovative and fun as it is practical for various reasons! Imagine having a trenchcoat, a dress and a blazer all in just one outfit! And let me tell you that Maria Prastakou's innovative and pioneer spirit doesn't stop with transformable clothing: she's about to open her second 180Degrees pop-up shop in Glyfada, with pop-up shops being an emerging retail trend for Greece! But, I'd better let her do the talking, as you'll see on the video my interview with her was more like a relaxed girly and at the same time very interesting conversation about fashion while having coffee!
